Job Description
Role: Technical Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter
Shift: US-EST Hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Required Skills:
• Education qualification: Must have a bachelor's / master's degree.
• Must have 1-3 Years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
• Excellent understanding of Working Visa & Tax Terms of USA geography.
• Sound knowledge of IT Technologies/Terminologies/Frameworks.
• Must have worked with Implementation Partners/State Clients/Tier 1/Prime Vendor.
• Must have worked on job portals, like - CB, Dice, Monster, indeed, etc.
• ATS- We have our own internal ATS.
• Must have excellent working experience of contract and FTE positions.
• Should have excellent communication skills (Speaking/writing/reading).
• Must be a good team player with a go-getter attitude.
