Job Description
Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate will perform PeopleSoft developer duties for the SWIFT PUM50+ Update Project.
• Client maintains SWIFT (StateWide Integrated Financial Tools), which is the online financial, procurement, supplier portal, and reporting system used by the client. SWIFT is a Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 application with PeopleTools version 8.60.05. The purpose of the SWIFT PUM50+ Update Project is to update SWIFT from full image version 36 to full image version 50 or later (i.e., getCurrent).
• SWIFT has customizations specific to the client as well as integrations such as DocuSign, Punchout, and MFA.
• The State has also implemented a fluid eProcurement (ePro) module within the last few years and there are design changes from Peoplesoft on the ePro module. The existing customizations, integrations, and design changes will need to be evaluated when updating to the new version. These items will need to be reapplied to the application to the extent not delivered by the new image version.
• The resource will perform work in the areas of image update retrofit analysis, development, unit testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, training, and documentation.
• The ideal resource will be a strong technical developer who has successful experience updating full Peoplesoft images for state government.
• Run compare reports and provide analysis, recommendations, and work estimates.
• Apply retrofit and perform other related development work.
• Troubleshoot and fix reported bugs and issues.
• Test and remediate (as needed) all development and bug/issue fixes.
• Document solutions and system information.
• Migrate and validate code changes.
• Collaborate with State technical and functional staff on project tasks.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to State staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required IT Skills:
• Overall IT experience: 9-12+ Years.
• Experience in Senior Peoplesoft Developer and/or Technical Consultant role(s).
• Experience working with any state government clients.
• Experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 image update(s) - more recent image versions preferred.
• Senior level development experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly the Supplier Portal, eProcurement, Cash Management, and/or Strategic Sourcing modules.
• Senior level experience with MFA (Multi-factor authentication) implementation and support.
• Senior level experience with DocuSign implementation and support.
• Senior level experience with Punchout implementation and support.
• Experience using Phire for migrating code changes.
